    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS 

    Keep salmon frozen until 24-hours before the event, at which point move to your refrigerator to thaw. Keep bottled and dry ingredients at room temperature. Any other produce should be kept refrigerated.

     

    ABOUT THE CHEF 

    Chef Paul Tran is a native of Los Angeles and has actualized his culinary passion across different industries including luxury dining, sports arenas & tech.

    With a palette as robust as the city he calls home, Chef Paul has spent the past 3 years leading the 3 high volume kitchens at Snap Inc. campus - designing meals for a tech staff of 2,000+ daily employees.

    Traditionally trained in classic culinary technique, Paul pairs this knowledge with his deep roots as a Vietnamese-American Chef to create deliciously cultured recipes that his students & guests won’t soon forget.
